Battlefront - Abbi Morrall-Faulkner

Young people on a mission to change the world. That’s what it’s all about. Battlefront is an online/on-telly Channel 4 project starring a crew of 14-21-year-olds with big ideas, big hearts and big ambitions. With the help of experienced mentors and a dedicated Battlefront team, Battlefronters turn their issues into fully-fledged campaigns and set off on a journey to achieve something incredible. The campaign videos show students keystage 3 up about how they can get involved and make a difference to the world around them, and make great online resources for citizenship lessons. This is Abbi Morral-Faulkner's introduction to her campaign, 'Anti-Bullying Shared'. In this video she shares her mission statement: "It’s time we got on top of bullying. Schools don’t seem to be doing all they can to stamp it out and the problem certainly isn’t going away. I want to get a Government-supported system in schools that will help victims, advise parents and provide national statistics. Let’s beat bullying together."
